Welcome to the BASSE North East Programme

Congratulations on being selected for the BASSE North East Programme.

This page is your central programme hub and will be updated each week with resources, practical information, and key updates throughout the programme.

BASSE North East is designed to challenge and support ambitious leaders who want to grow, scale, and move their business to the next stage. On behalf of myself, the team at The Mill Enterprise Hub, and our programme delivery partners, we are delighted to welcome you.

The programme has been created to give you the structure, support, and leadership development needed to build real momentum and move your business forward with clarity and confidence.

We hope you will gain three things from the experience: the time and space to shape a clear roadmap for growth, the opportunity to connect with other business leaders on a similar journey, and practical ideas and momentum you can bring back into your business straight away.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Mill Enterprise Hub in Drogheda on 22 April and beginning this journey of sustainable growth together.

  • Where is the venue located?

The Mill Enterprise Hub, Newtown Link Road, Greenhills, Drogheda, Co. Louth, A92 CD3D.

  • What are the start and end times of each session?

Sessions will begin at 8.30am each day, and finish at 5pm. We recommend arriving a little earlier to allow time to settle in before the session starts.

  • What are the participation guidelines and why do they matter?

In a world where we are constantly distracted, our aim is to create an environment that allows you to step out of the day-to-day, focus fully, and get the most from the session. It is also about being respectful to others in the room, giving everyone the space to listen, contribute, and be present.

Please note laptops are required for Sustainability and Scaling sessions otherwise they need to be put away during the session, and phones should be kept away and on silent unless needed for an urgent reason.

  • Is parking available at the venue?

Free on-site parking is available at The Mill. The venue also has bike storage and is easily accessible in Drogheda.

  • Are there any required materials or equipment for the sessions?

Please bring a notebook and pen for taking notes and reflecting during the session. Laptops are only required for Sustainability and Scaling sessions; for all other sessions, we encourage keeping them away so you can fully engage in the room.

  • Will refreshments be provided during the event?

Light breakfast and Lunch will be provided on the day. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.

  • Where can I find the weekly resources and programme materials?

This page will be updated each week with useful resources, programme information, and relevant downloads to support you throughout the BASSE Northeast Programme.

  • Who should I contact if I have any questions?

If you have any questions in advance of the programme, please contact the team at Basse@themilldrogheda.ie or call +353 041 98 02444.
