Application Form Illuminate 2019

On Monday, 10th December, The Mill Enterprise Hub launched the
Boyne Valley / M1 ‘Illuminate’ Female Entrepreneurship Programme in Drogheda. The programme is delivered by the DCU Ryan Academy and is a Fetac-accredited course aimed at entrepreneurs seeking to develop their business. Guest speakers on the day included Anne Reilly from Paycheck Plus, and Alma Jordan from Agrikids.
The programme is supported by Coca-Cola International Services, AIB, M1 Drogheda Chamber Skillnet  and the Louth & Meath Local Enterprise Offices.

Anne Reilly founded Paycheck Plus in 2005. Her vision was to provide  high class payroll outsource services tailored to meet her clients’  requirements. Anne’s wealth of knowledge in payroll services and  corporate governance stems back to her days lecturing with the Irish Pay  roll Association (IPASS) and receiving a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD) in 2013.

Previously Anne worked with Blue Chip companies such as Unilever and Heinz and in the educational sector.
Anne’s numerous qualifications and depth of experience in the payroll outsource industry gives her invaluable insight as to how payroll should be operated in the most efficient and compliant manner while her knowledge in corporate governance issues ensures Paycheck Plus is a world leader in provision of payroll outsource services.

Alma Jordan is a New Frontiers alumna and the founder of AgriKids, a farm safety educational platform for children. The company works to positively engage, educate and empower children to become Farm Safety Ambassadors.

Alma and her family run a farm in Co. Meath. Their main enterprises consist of thoroughbred horses, tillage, beef cattle and poultry. A keen equestrian in her younger days, Alma competed in many national events in the fields of eventing and showjumping.

Alma devised a concept aimed at initiating a sea change in farm safety attitudes, enabling communities to build safer futures on farms. AgriKids was born and officially launched in June 2015. Alma believes her engaging approach to farm safety education will serve to continually empower children to be safer farmers in the future. The approach also requires and includes the input of parents and guardians, thus sharing the learning outcome with all.
