Sales are the lifeblood of all business. To succeed, businesses must both grow sales with existing customers and sell to new ones. This short course focusses on these two activities, breaking down the sales process from planning and prospecting for new customer, to securing customer loyalty and repeat orders.
Participants will be introduced to tools and techniques which will allow them to identify customers, make the first contact, manage a sales meeting close the sale and ultimately sell successfully.
