If you are thinking about growing your business, have you thought about the market potential in other markets? Is your product or service exportable? PLATO EBR is recruiting micro-businesses and SMEs for an internationalisation cluster in association with Bisnet-Ireland.

PLATO EBR wishes to invite micro-enterprises and SMEs interested in exporting and internationalisation of their company to join a Cluster of approximately 20 companies through the PLATO EBR Programme to work through a series of workshops led by Bisnet-Ireland. Some may even decide not to export at the end of the Programme but it stops you wondering what could have been, and gives you a good grounding for what you might do in the future.

Are you keen to learn from the experiences of leading entrepreneurs and experts?
Would you welcome advice and support from those who have exported successfully?
Do you want to discover solutions for export growth challenges and network with companies throughout the East Border Region?

If so, join us at a no obligation information evening:
Date: Thursday 7th November 2013
Time: 6.00pm – 8:00pm
Venue: Newry

To find out if your product or service is exportable, you may need assistance with getting it to market; perhaps you need the confidence in getting it to market from experts that have been through the process many times over. Since more and more SME’s are recognising the value of internationalising their product, PLATO EBR is offering a series of workshops for businesses interested in exploring whether or not they should expand their marketplace. The workshops will focus on a range of delivery methods including case studies and best practice examples and topics include but are not limited to:

  • Why internationalise?
  • Marketing tools for export
  • Funding internationalisation
  • Partnerships for internationalisation
  • The Marketing Plan – target markets
  • Bringing New Products to New Markets
  • Competition

A cluster strategy is an anticipated outcome of the Cluster which will comprise an action plan for each participating business identifying the current and anticipated future needs of businesses in the Cluster.
