We will also look at the target audience for Your Business Plan. The potential readers of a business plan can be varied including bankers, investors and business stakeholders and should be prepared accordingly. For example, bankers tend to be more formal than potential business investors and are more concerned with financial strength than exciting concepts and impressive opportunities. For these readers, you will want to give more attention to balance sheets and cash flow statements.
On completing this course you will be equipped to start writing a draft business plan for your business. Attendees will also be given sample business plan layouts that you can use for your Business Plan.
