On Friday, 7th August 2015, The Millers had been actively supporting the Gary Kelly Cancer Centre by donating some cash for a mouth-watering pizza made in the wood-fired oven by Breanndan Casey!
Our Miller, Eleanor Aspell, will be climbing Kilimanjaro this coming September and she is raising money to donate to the Gary Kelly Cancer Centre in Drogheda. It was a pleasure to meet Ann Tracey, the Director of Finance & Fundraising of the Gary Kelly Centre, thank you for dropping in to The Mill.
The Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre is situated in Georges Street, Drogheda, Co. Louth.
The mission of the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre is to create a safe and holistic environment. To preserve the dignity and privacy of the person at all times. To provide counselling, information, practical and psychological support for poeple affected by cancer and those who care for them.
Who Can Attend – Persons over 18 year of age, people diagnosed with cancer regardless of where they live or where they are receiving treatment; family members and friends who support a person living with cancer; and health care professionals who work with cancer patients. You do not need a referral or appointment – just drop in.
All services are provided free of charge.
